I wrote a blog a few months ago about Vitalzyme/Exclzyme. It has the ability to give you a clean start to healing. A new beginning and a possibility of preventing getting a Laparoscopy every year and half – this was my treatment for Endometriosis! Check out my video on my thoughts and what you can [...]

How to develop Self Discipline so you too can stick to the Endometriosis Diet
by Melissa on January 1, 2012 in Endometriosis Diet, Featured Articles, Healthy Lifestyle choices
It is funny when you spend time with others who don’t stick to diets or a healthier way of eating, who still don’t feel well. They know that eating better would help their health, make them less tired, less sore or take away digestive issues. They could know this from reading heaps of information that [...]
3 Questions to ask yourself if everyone is suggesting Drastic Surgery for Endometriosis
by Melissa on December 15, 2011 in Reducing Endometriosis Pain, Thoughts and Emotions
It can be a hard place to sit. You are stuck between two choices. On the one hand you have the option of surgery. It feels like a drastic option but the promise of “no more pain” is irresistible and somehow it seems to almost blind you of what that means. The surgery means cutting out one [...]
The one thing that will increase your energy instantly
by Melissa on November 11, 2011 in Endometriosis Symptoms, Featured Articles, Thoughts and Emotions
Sometimes I look back on things that I have done and I am amazed it was me who did them. Over a year ago, my partner James and I ran a lodge in the Tropics of Australia. We did everything! We served breakfast, cleaned rooms, chatted to guests when they checked in and then served [...]
Why this simple tea, found at your local supermarket helps Endometriosis and how to incorporate it into your life to reduce pain, bloating and inflammation.
by Melissa on September 14, 2011 in Detoxing, Endometriosis Symptoms, Healthy Lifestyle choices, Possible Endometriosis Causes, Reducing Endometriosis Pain
I kinda stumbled upon this tea by accident. I always knew it was good for calming me down, as this is what it is typically used for but today, I decided to drink more of it. I drank about 6 cups of it and I just felt instantly better. I felt more alert, lighter, happier [...]
What it feels like to have Endometriosis
by Melissa on October 11, 2010 in About Endometriosis - an introduction, Thoughts and Emotions, Words of encouragement
I thought I would create this video so you can share it with your friends, family and maybe even work colleagues, so they can maybe understand how you feel. It is a tough one to explain Endometriosis to everyone and since they can’t see our pain, how can they trust we are not just making [...]
The many uses for HONEY!
by Melissa on September 27, 2010 in Endometriosis Diet, Healthy Lifestyle choices
I have always loved honey but I have discovered many additional uses and benefits for honey over the last few days, which I thought I would share with you all. In New Zealand they have a wider variety of honey than I had in Australia or South-Africa which is perhaps why it has stuck out [...]
I want Chocolate! Give me sugar!
by Melissa on August 17, 2010 in Endometriosis Diet, Words of encouragement
I usually find it is the worst time for craving chocolate and sweets, just before my period. I feel such a strong sense of it, I sometimes go to ridiculous lengths. I will abstain from chocolate for the whole day, willing myself off it, manage to get through lunch, afternoon and dinner without it and [...]
Get some Apple Cider Vinegar in your diet!
by Melissa on August 8, 2010 in Endometriosis Diet
Apple Cider vinegar has received heaps of publicity for weight loss recently and this may be an added benefit of drinking it. The main reason it does this is that it gets rid of extra fat in the body. What is it? Essentially Apple Cider Vinegar is nothing more than fermented apples. As we already [...]

I just wanted to say, how enlightening your Site is, a dear friend of mine, has gone through hell and back, it has taken them three and a half years to finally diagnose that she has Endometriosis, and as a result it is quite advanced, she is now waiting for an operation. I have been reading up on the subject, because I want to be there for her, and to do that I need to understand the problems she is encountering, many thanks for laying it out so that it can be easily understood.
