How is your personal journey with Endometriosis going?

How is your personal journey with Endometriosis going?

I have found a really interesting book, while staying with my parents. It is called “The Journey” by Brandon Bays – I shall add it to my Amazon Widget soon…. Anyways, it is about her personal journey on healing a massive cancer lump formed within her stomach. It was the size of a basket ball and she managed to clear the massive lump with a complete focus on healing, not just through physical means but through focusing on emotional aspects of her life. Her Journey as she describes it, was to find this truth within herself so she could heal others. She managed to completely reduce this massive lump within 6weeks!

What I find interesting about the book is how she describes every event in her life, that has somehow lead her to this point. Everything that has happened and how things have come about have all lead her to discover not just how to heal herself completely but how to then spread the purpose of her learning.

I have described in other posts how I have come to a place of deep “knowing” about how to overcome Endometriosis. I am not sure how I have reached this point but it is like a shift of how I view myself and my healing. I am not just simply grasping at the “next best thing” to help heal myself or reduce pain. I have come to a place of complete calm and contentment in knowing that I will find the answers and they will come to me. I have surrendered into that knowing and allowed myself to trust in that voice.

I would love it if you can find this place for yourself too. See, you do know what your body needs to heal. The thing is to trust in that. You may be a in a place right now where everything seems impossible and hard and like it is never going to end. Allow that to be and stop yourself from worrying about it. Surrender into it and then start to believe…. strongly, that you can overcome this and you can find a way forward. You need to believe it strongly. You need to be convinced of that belief. It is only once you truly believe in your ability to heal, that the doors will open up and you will find a sense of calm and knowing that you can. I know it is not easy and I know there is plenty of information that will say that you can’t but don’t you think it is better to be positive and see a way forward than to believe in the negative information out there?

Everything in this blog is here to help you find alternatives and natural ways of helping and potentially healing endometriosis. It is easy to get overwhelmed with the amount of information on here. Many of you send me emails asking where to start, what to take and what not to take. You get so worked up about it, that I believe it causes you more stress…. kinda ironic :) Of course, I encourage you to read as many of my articles as you can but there is nothing to say that you need to follow everything in here. Go with what you feel is right for you. Allow that voice inside to guide you on what you believe will work. For some of us, that might be acupuncture. For some of us that might be homeopathy. For some of us, a complete shift in diet might be the key. When something makes you feel good, carry on with it. When something doesn’t work, stop and try something else. Please don’t ever feel that there are no options for you. There are so many options for us, I struggle to keep up with everything that exists out there, to share with you.

Please recognise that this blog is a door which could lead you to many other doors and you could find the answers that your personal body needs to heal. Let things flow and let things go, just a little so you too can develop that inner knowing, that you too can be healed and be well and healthy again.

We can all take action towards our healing. I know for me, the biggest action was acknowledging the very deep connection to our physical and emotional well-being. It was hard to accept that I needed to confront many things within myself but I honestly believe this is the key to ALL of our healing. When you reach a point of finding your space of “knowing” you will also recognise this deep connection. Once you find that connection and you have the inner strength to confront, that is where I personally believe true healing begins.

One thing I am coming to terms with is my father’s passing. I am still struggling with the way in which that is happening. It is inevitable as there is nothing further that can be done. I guess I am seeking solice in knowing that even this event, is here to teach me something and help grow me spiritually to heal and to gain strength to heal others.
