It has been indicated through many philosophies how your health and your thoughts/emotions are closely interlinked.
As said by Michelle Longo O’Donnell who is a registered nurse of Holistic Health Centre in San Antonio: Visit her site here: http://www.yogachicago.com/sep01/thoughts.shtml “Over the 38 years as a health care provider, I came to see with increasing clarity that there was a definite connection between the thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and expectations that my patients held in their consciousness and the progress that we were able to make in restoring their health.”She also indicated that some of us, actually hanging onto our condition to give us something. Some of us feel we might deserve the condition, or that it offers us an “out” as to why we are the way we are. As Endometriosis is not visible it also offers some patients a great escape from “duties” they might not wish to do.
If you are angry with someone, try this technique to alleviate the anger:
Hanging onto negative thoughts about someone can also cause unnecessary hurt and frustration that you hold inside of you. This is always going to be bad for your health and your mental state. Try to release anger by forgiving those that you feel anger toward. Know that they control your life by you holding onto that anger.
You are essentially giving them more power over your life by being angry with them. Take back the control and allow yourself to forgive them and be happy.
What did you think? Did it work? Do you feel better? Feel free to comment.
