Bladder infections and Endometriosis

Bladder infections and Endometriosis

Bladder infections are oh so common when we have Endometriosis.
It is common because there is already so much pressure going on down there and just a little infection or perhaps too vigorous sex can cause one.

They are simple to recognise:
• Burning sensation when we pee
• Feeling like it hasn’t all come out when we go
• Needing to go often and yet not much comes out when we do
• Bloaty feeling and soreness on the left side
• If it’s really bad you might get blood in the urine

Now before you go rushing off to the doctor to get another dose of anti-biotics. Consider a better alternative. Get a natural cure for your bladder.

Here are some daily things to add to your diet to avoid getting to bladder infection stage.
• Drink Cranberry juice or take cranberry tablets every day
• Increase your parsley in your diet – natural diuretic
• Drink Dandelion tea – natural diuretic and will flush out your liver while you’re at it!
• Drink lots of water – you knew this one was coming!
• Eat a cucumber a day – yes I know this sounds strange but they reduce fluid retention.

That is great Mel but I have a bladder infection right now. What do I do?
Well, drink all of the above and get yourself some UTI Clear. It is a completely natural solution to bladder infections and it totally works! I have used it a number of times and keep it handy cos I never know when I might need it. You take it 3 times a day with a little water and the bladder infection will go away all by itself! Yes, I know you think it is too good to be true but it actually gives your body the herbs to heal itself. It wants to and hates those horrible anti-biotics so just try it and you will feel much better for it!
Here is the link to get it delivered quick. They also have a special on at the moment – so you can keep extra stock on hand for next time! :)

Hi Mel: I don’t have a bladder infection (I used to get them like there’s no tomorrow-I literally feel like I’ve had at least 100 UTIs in my lifetime!!!) but I do have IC (and endo of course). Anyway, I thought you recommended the UTI for IC somewhere (ofcourse I can’t find it now) and bladder well. So I ordered them both and just got them today.

I just have some questions, I hope you have answers:) Should I finish the UTI clear before I start taking the bladderWell? And the bladderwell: it’s2 tablets every hour for 3 days, seems weird. And then what…. I can’t imagine taking it on a regular basis cause it’s SO expensive. I don’t know, what do you think??

      Hey Heather from Virginiaaaa :)
I would take the Bladder Well in a lower dosage when the IC is really flared up and the UTI Clear for the days when it is not so bad. I found they both work fairly instantly so it is not like a bladder infection where you can’t wait an hour :)
Also, Bicarbonate of Soda is another great anti-acid that helps.
