Sometimes we can get caught up in a massive overflow of information with this whole healing thing. It is easy enough to do. Contradictory information, all sorts of claims by various supplements, people claiming all sorts of cures….it can get overwhelming! Thing is, it does come down to three simple things according to David Wolfe. [...]

Are your personal relationships struggling because of Endometriosis?
by Melissa on January 21, 2012 in Inside your head!
I sometimes get these feelings. They come out of nowhere and I don’t even know why they pop up. Actually, that is a lie…. I do know why…. it is usually some silly girly movie or something a friend says about what their partner did for them or something like that. Well, it triggers this [...]
I wish I could just be further with my Endometriosis Healing! A valuable lesson for you, when taking this Endometriosis Healing Journey!
by Melissa on January 19, 2012 in Share your story!, Words of encouragement
The last couple of weeks, I have been researching other blogs and known Food Guru’s out there and to be honest, they often make me feel like I have so far to still travel with my healing. I look at what they eat and how they treat their bodies and I am filled with admiration [...]
Do you find you often feel “alone”? Do you associate alot with emotions of “being alone”, “loneliness” and “abandonement”? Could we share this, along with Endometriosis?
by Melissa on January 14, 2012 in Featured, Inside your head!
Looking back over last year, the hardest event, was the passing of my dad. During that time, the hardest emotion was the emotion of…feeling alone, deserted, everything was meaningless and insecure. I wanted support and something to change. I felt so very, very alone. Isolated, separated and lost. To be honest, I hadn’t felt these emotions for [...]
The sad reality of Endometriosis seems to really affect me, on a very personal level.
by Melissa on January 10, 2012 in Featured, Inside your head!
I went searching for some other Endo Blogs on the internet yesterday. While I was reading through many of them, they seemed to follow a certain pattern which kinda saddened me. Every single one that I came across told the story of a poor girl, struggling with Endo, while taking a series of hormonal treatments, drugs and [...]
5 Things that keep me motivated to keep searching for a Cure for Endometriosis
by Melissa on December 28, 2011 in Words of encouragement
My mom and my sister have come to visit me here in New Zealand, which has been so wonderful! We spent Christmas together with James’s family in a beautiful house in Piha. James and I also announced our engagement to everyone, which is so exciting for everyone! Since then, I thought I would show my [...]
3 Questions to ask yourself if everyone is suggesting Drastic Surgery for Endometriosis
by Melissa on December 15, 2011 in Inside your head!, Natural Therapy Options
It can be a hard place to sit. You are stuck between two choices. On the one hand you have the option of surgery. It feels like a drastic option but the promise of “no more pain” is irresistible and somehow it seems to almost blind you of what that means. The surgery means cutting out one [...]
We should be really proud to be Endo Girls!
by Melissa on December 6, 2011 in Featured, Words of encouragement
I think sometimes we don’t realise how much we have to be thankful for. We spend so much of our time trying to find out why we have this Endometriosis, what causes it and most importantly how to reduce it’s effects on our lives! It dominates so much that it is hard to see past [...]
How I know that Endometriosis is connected to our emotional pain
by Melissa on November 23, 2011 in Inside your head!
It is the first day of my period today. I feel lousy. Really lousy. I haven’t changed anything for the negative. As a matter of fact, I have incorporated many things that are supposed to help my healing. I have added Vitalzym, Chinese herbs and been eating really well. Everything that I have been recommending [...]
The one thing that will increase your energy instantly
by Melissa on November 11, 2011 in Featured, Inside your head!
Sometimes I look back on things that I have done and I am amazed it was me who did them. Over a year ago, my partner James and I ran a lodge in the Tropics of Australia. We did everything! We served breakfast, cleaned rooms, chatted to guests when they checked in and then served [...]
It’s kinda ironic but we all share this same emotion about Endometriosis
by Melissa on November 9, 2011 in Words of encouragement
We are all over the world. Some of us are in India, Pakistan, Mexico, Iran, the US, Australia and yes New Zealand. It is kinda sad that Endometriosis is so wide spread and seems to cross all borders. It doesn’t seem to matter where we are, what part of the globe we reside in or [...]

I feel you have a calling and that what you are doing to help other women is one of the reasons God put you on earth:) Maybe you even went though all the horrible suffering you did just so you could help other women:) I hope thats a comforting thought:) Your love and dedication is inspiring:)

I just wanted to say, how enlightening your Site is, a dear friend of mine, has gone through hell and back, it has taken them three and a half years to finally diagnose that she has Endometriosis, and as a result it is quite advanced, she is now waiting for an operation. I have been reading up on the subject, because I want to be there for her, and to do that I need to understand the problems she is encountering, many thanks for laying it out so that it can be easily understood.
