My first experience with trying Kefir Milk…. Good or Bad Idea?

PhillipI just wanted to say, how enlightening your Site is, a dear friend of mine, has gone through hell and back, it has taken them three and a half years to finally diagnose that she has Endometriosis, and as a result it is quite advanced, she is now waiting for an operation. I have been reading up on the subject, because I want to be there for her, and to do that I need to understand the problems she is encountering, many thanks for laying it out so that it can be easily understood.
